As an all-volunteer organization, Lovers Not Biters Dog Rescue is truly the definition of grassroots activism. We have no paid staff, consultants or expensive office space. We depend completely on caring volunteers to further our mission of creating a community that cares for animals with responsibility and compassion.
Volunteer
We hope that you will become a part of our Lovers Not Biters family! Join us by volunteering at one of our adoption events This is one of the best places to start getting your feet wet. Meet our dogs, staff, and learn about our adoption process. It’s a great way to work with the dogs directly, to meet new people, and its fun way to spend your weekends!

Foster
Do you have room for a four legged guest? We are actively seeking volunteers to foster dogs and save them from the over-crowded shelters. Every dog we get out of the pound saves a dog from being put down.
You provide: the home and the love
We provide: the food, bedding, toys, collar & leash (as needed), medical care and plenty of support.
